You could say that Brad and our family go way back……I mean wwwaaaayyy back. I believe I was barely a teenager when he and my older brother started hanging out. Brad has been like another brother to me and has been a huge part of our family. So when I was asked to photograph his wedding day the obvious answer was HELL YES!!!!! I had never met his fiance before but we finally sat down to discuss her details it was like I’ve known her for years. She is truly a wonderful person and I couldn’t be happier for both of them. Lighting can strike twice it certainly did for these two.  These are just a couple for them to see 🙂

We headed down to Bakersfield, CA and had our annual blossom sessions recently. Going on our 4th year doing this it seems it keeps getting better and better. Especially this year, as it had to be pushed up early due to the awesome rain we’ve been having. And I’m so grateful for this cold and hot weather I battled a cold all weekend long! Thank you spring 🙂

I’m just in the starting phase of editing these images but wanted to give a little sneak peek to Mari of her beautiful daughters. They were so sweet and shy and I love how this image came out.

Off to work!!!

It has certainly been a wet winter here. I am not complaining in the slightest but you always worry when  have an outdoor shoot if the weather is going to be your friend that day. Luckily for us, the weather was our best friend. Driving out to the wineries in Paso Robles is a beautiful experience in itself.  You have the country side, the mountains, the ocean right up the way, it’s all perfect. Couple the gorgeous scenery with two beautiful people who you can tell are best friends as well, you get some great images.

I can’t wait for their wedding this year!!!!

When I first met Ashley, we just clicked. As if I had known her for years and I was just talking over coffee with a friend. I was so excited when she decided to bring us on to be apart of her day and couldn’t wait to do the engagement session. Then the worst happened, I caught the FLU the day before and was a zombie day of the session. So I will say I’m very happy with how the images came out and even more glad that she loves them considering I would stand at least 10 feet from them the whole time 🙂

Their beautiful dog Miley was also amazing and for at least the hour or so we were hanging out, the flu wasn’t even a thought.

May is going to be wonderful and I can’t wait to see them again
